.::2OO7 GOALS::__ Update #1

_{TIME FOR AN UPDATE!!

First thing first.. The teachers have sent in our progress reports and the ones that i have

seen so far i am passing all of my classes. They're all B's though. Nothing higher =/

Not exactly good though because I always start out well, then slump from there.

It just lets me know that i've gotta work harder if I want to succeed.

Second!

I conferenced with my art teacher on Wednesday and I told her I wanted to try out

Computer Graphics for my AP Portfolio, but we both decided that since I've already

got 7 pieces I can use for my breadth in a drawing portfolio, that I should just go with

a drawing portfolio. So, I am. Now, I've got to think of what to do for my concentration.

This is what I'm most worried about. I think I've got a good idea which is my most

missed memory: 4th of July picnics with the family. The ideas i have for a few pieces

can show both emotions and humor. Emotions because it was back when my family

was still all together and humor because I have a few ideas hehe. So, right now in Art

I'm currently working on a Tempora painting that's the maximum size of a piece I can

submit in a portfolio, so it's pretty big. It's really detailed- it's a landscape that

demonstrates positive and negative space :3 it's taking me forever to finish though

because it's so intricate and detailed. Getting in between all those lines are a bitch!!

That's all the news i've got..

Wish me luck in completing my goals for the year!!

1. Pass Western Civilization [progress report in- 84%!!]

2. Pass ALL of my classes [progress reports in- so far passing all of my classes!]

3. Start, complete, and pass an AP art drawing portfolio this year [i have conferenced with my art teacher and i am planning to complete a drawing portfolio this year! so, i have started!]

5. Develope closer relationship with God [working on it...]

6. Look into getting a job

7. Research art colleges and careers

8. Stop procrastinating [i think i'm getting worse...]

9. Get a cell phone, tablet, and nicer camera (camera is only if i get a job)

10. Be more social [i'm trying.. but no one's exactly helping me..]}
